Your case will be assigned to an associate to commence your small claims complaint. The associate will find the correct jurisdiction, prepare the court forms, FILE the complaint, SERVE the defendants, & prepare the Proof of Service. Application is commenced within 24-72 business hours. CivilTree will also locate the correct agents if you are suing a business entity.
Once your case has been filed, your assigned associate will prepare your package and ship the required materials to the address you have provided.
