Washington, Aug 1 : It is hardly a week since Lindsay Lohan was booked for another DUI case and the actress has already landed herself in legal trouble again.
Signe Dupuy has filed a case against the troubled actress, claiming that Lohan rammed her SUV into her car.
Dupuy also claimed that the 21-year-old and her bodyguard tried to intimidate her, and that they also drove away after giving her a fake name and number, reports TMZ.
She added that she tried to contact the starlet a number of times and even sent her a letter.
Lohan's rep said that she received the letter but filed it away for the actress' lawyer, assuming that it was for them to attend to.
"I assumed the letter was sent to [Lindsay's] lawyers. That's what they're paid for," the rep said.
In September, the 'Mean Girls' star will appear in small claims court to face the charges filed by Dupuy.
