Every state/county has its own filing fee in accordance to its statutes. CivilTree pays all the required filings fees. These one time prices have been set by CivilTree TO:
1. Help our clients to save money.
2. Pay all the required court filing fees.
3. Pay for defendant(s) service of process.
4. Pay for research fees (UCC/People Search)
5. Pay additional court charges (forms/copies)
NOTE: The money you spend on CivilTree's services is added to the amount of the judgment against the defendant(s). You may be reimbursed up to 100% of the fees charged by our service when you collect your judgment.
